Operations, projects and complex assets

Guillaume Bussière · Lanaudière, Greater Montréal, Quebec and Canada
Construction, maintenance, real estate, operational turnaround, tourism operations, team development and digital transformation.
I connect hands-on execution, people, suppliers, costs and data to clarify priorities and keep operations under control.
From field execution to management: assets, teams, schedules, costs and digital tools brought into one operational view.

Professional background
Entrepreneurial, employed and contract assignments overlap; they do not all represent exclusive full-time jobs. Experience includes Camping Union, Hôtel Montfort, Arseneault, GBEE, Gestion GBE, FAB-ICI, VIPSPOT2HUNT and technical installation work.
Neurovia remains a personal R&D prototype using Python, Streamlit, FastAPI and SQLite (P). No production platform or commercial performance is claimed.
Full career history and CV →Demonstrable judgment, without AI
Digital tools support analysis and documentation; they do not replace field judgment or team leadership. Discuss a case in 15–30 minutes, review an asset, prioritize a budget or examine a dashboard without AI assistance.
Montfort: an inconsistent indicator definition detected before reporting (V2).
Management approach
Define, measure, analyze, improve and control. DMAIC is a working framework, not a certification claim. Connect operating risk, asset availability, cost and knowledge transfer.
Languages and mobility
French: fluent. English: very good. Spanish and Italian: basic knowledge. Open to permanent roles, transition assignments and focused projects. Start date to be agreed.
Visual work: field assessment, assets and coordination
Field images and training material connected to operational skills, knowledge transfer and coordination.

Slab opening and service routes
Interior cutting, excavation and preparation of a service trench.
Field archive
Hydronic distribution

Priorities, costs, quality, assets, teams and continuity.
Data and automation
Structured information, reviewed indicators and controlled automation.
Workforce development
Field training, supervision, knowledge transfer and gradual autonomy.
Preserve asset value through its life cycle
Understand and maintain equipment, repair before replacing when appropriate, and document interventions to avoid repeated work. No unmeasured emissions reduction or environmental certification is claimed.
Three practical assessment formats
- Short case analysis with an oral explanation of priorities and trade-offs.
- A scenario based on an employer-provided asset or process.
- A site visit with a spoken technical assessment.
AI can support preparation and documentation. Fact checking, field judgment, safety and financial decisions remain human responsibilities.
